1. Acceptance of Analytical Terms
By accessing the Turkey Strategic Research website or utilizing our proprietary research analytics dashboards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legal provisions. If you are acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Our services involve the processing of complex datasets to provide advanced insights. Access is granted as a revocable, non-exclusive license and is subject to the technical and ethical boundaries defined within our methodology documents.
Authorized Use
Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering any data science models or scraping the digital repository for unauthorized training of LLMs or external database population.
System Integrity
Access credentials must remain confidential. We monitor access patterns to maintain the security of our high-value strategic datasets and IP assets.
Intellectual Assets & Proprietary Methodology
All visualizations, algorithmic frameworks, and predictive modeling structures presented on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Turkey Strategic Research.
Users may utilize advanced insights generated through our custom reports for internal strategic planning, provided that Turkey Strategic Research is cited as the source. However, the commercial resale of our raw analytical outputs or the white-labeling of our data science methodologies is strictly prohibited without a separate licensing agreement.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts.
Mediation
Before formal litigation, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution period of thirty (30) business days through designated legal representatives.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to preserve the agreement's intent.
